Submission of a Vendor Inquiry does not constitute an agreement of service. All vendors are subject to a technical vetting process. AIM Publishing Group reserves the right to refuse listing or removal of products from the Registry that do not align with our data accuracy standards.
3. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta.
